We are not only giving them fish, we are actually teaching them to fish! We trained some of the women at one of the Internally Displaced Camps we work with to make arts and crafts which they sold at our fundraising event last October, which raised money for themselves and their families. They were very excited to receive their earnings- this falls under our second focus which is economic empowerment.
There will be a 5 Day Sales Exhibition in February which will include possible earning streams for men too. Follow us on our social media handles for more information: @acecharity on Twitter and Instagram.
At ACE Charity, we have a culture that ensures all our goals are achievable, measurable and sustainable- this is exactly the same for our 2016 goals. We promise to always keep you informed.
Thank you for all your support as we continue to redefine what charity means in Africa, starting with Nigeria.
We bought generators to power the computers and bought books that are relevant to the curriculum used by the school. We also employed a fully qualified librarian to manage and facilitate learning in the library.
Abuja, December, 2015
Now pupils of Mariri Orphanage Primary School, Kano (December, 2015) and LEA Primary School, Abuja will now learn to read with understanding, speak better and leave primary school computer literate! We are going to improve the quality of the education in Africa starting with one library per public school at a time in Nigeria.

It was Christmas like no other for the pupils of City Gate Primary School Durumi, Abuja. They were the benefactors of our yearly Christmas gifted shoebox giveaway. A big thank you to the children of Cyril Jackson Primary School, U.K for donating majority of the gifts and to our children; and to our partner Arik Air for transporting over 100 shoeboxes from the U.K free of charge! Yes, we did not pay for any excess luggages- thank you Arik!
- This is how they used to eat before we started working with them VS how they eat now.

This is what our temporary IDP camp made out of old containers will look like. Each container will be insulated for the 250 families who will be temporarily housed. It will cost us N64,000 to insulate each container. There is so much to do, but we cannot do this without your support, please donate today.

We have a new address! Our previous gracious landlord who gave ACE Charity a free office for the last two years is expanding her business. Fortunately for us, we have been donated a new office in Maitama, Abuja. No rent, no utilities. We are extremely grateful to our new donor. Thank you Sterling Partnerships for your huge contribution to ACE Charity!
